Admissions to Sanford – The Global School, Hyderabad, are open to students seeking a strong academic foundation, holistic development, and value-based education in alignment with CBSE guidelines. Admission Open – Academic Year 2026–2027

Admissions are currently open for Play Group to Grade X for the Academic Year 2026–2027.

Enquiry & Registration

Parents are requested to visit the school campus and fill out the Admission Enquiry Form with details of the child and parents.

Confirmation of Admission

Admission is confirmed based on the interaction or assessment results. The school reserves the right to decide admission and class placement.

Age Criteria (As on 31st March)

  • Play Group – 3 Years

  • PP-I – 4 Years

  • PP-II – 5 Years

  • Grade I – 6 Years

  • Grade II – 7 Years

  • Grade III – 8 Years

  • Grade IV – 9 Years

  • Grade V – 10 Years

  • Grade VI – 11 Years

  • Grade VII – 12 Years

  • Grade VIII – 13 Years

  • Grade IX – 14 Years

  • Grade X – 15 Years

Children born on 1st April are also eligible as per the respective age criteria.

Documents Required

At the time of admission, parents must submit the following documents:
  • Copy of the Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Aadhaar Card (Child and Parents)
  • Copy of Pan Card (Parent)
  • Copy of PEN Number(Child)
  • Copy of APAAR Number(Child)
  • Latest report card from the previous school (from KG onwards)
  • Transfer Certificate (for applicable grades)
  • Bonafide Xerox Copy from Previous School
  • Photos of Child and Parents

Fee Payment Guidelines

  • Registration fee must be paid along with the first instalment after admission confirmation
  • Registration fee and first instalment are non-refundable
  • Fees can be paid online, by cheque, or in cash
  • The fee payment date is the actual date of realisation in the bank
  • The full academic year fee may also be paid at the time of admission

Important Admission Guidelines

  • Admissions are strictly subject to age criteria
  • All admissions depend on the availability of seats
  • Management’s decision regarding admission is final

School Transportation (Optional)

  • Transport facilities are available on selected routes in Hyderabad
  • Transport fees are payable in two instalments
  • Pick-up and drop points are fixed for the academic year and cannot be changed
